Abstract:

Knebl, Robert. Přínos terénní sociální službu nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež ve věku 12-20 let v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem. (Diplomová práce). Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a Institut mezioborových studií Brno. Brno, 2010. 91 stran. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá terénní sociální prací jako součást nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež. Definuje základní pojmy, rozebírá historický pohled terénní sociální práce, ukazuje novodobou terénní sociální práci a představuji různé pracovní skupiny, které se v České republice tomuto oboru věnují. Definuje cílové skupiny, specifika terénní sociální práce s dětmi a mládeží, především pak ukazuje příklady dobré praxe přímo terénní sociální práce nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež ve věku 12-20 let v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem. Dále se zaměřuje na kompetence terénního sociálního pracovníka, požadavky na jeho vzdělání. Věnuje se vlivu lokálního prostředí a vedení dokumentace terénní sociální práce. V další části představuje krátce nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež především pak v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem, historii tohoto zařízení a struktuře. V kapitole o obsahu představuje terénní sociální práce funkční návod jak realizovat monitoring, vyhledávat, navazovat i udržovat kontakt s cílovou skupinou. V poslední kapitole se věnuje tématu důležitosti streetworku pro klienty z důvodů prvního kontaktu se sociální službou v jejich životě a kvalitativním průzkumem předkládá výsledky přínosu terénní sociální práce pro uživatele nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem. Upozorňuje na rizikové terénní sociální práce a předkládá návrhy na dobrou praxi, která může být pomocným materiálem pro řadu terénních programů, které jsou na začátku. Autor předkládá poměrně široký přehled zpracování o terénní sociální práci s dětmi a mládeží v kontextu zákona č.108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. V diplomové práci se lze seznámit s řadou teoretických znalostí, ale i praktických zkušeností, které jsou doloženy na řadě konkrétních příkladů.

Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies in Brno. Brno, 2010. 91 pages. This thesis deals with the field social work as part of a low-threshold centre for children and young people. It defines basic concepts, discusses the historical view of field social work, shows the modern part of field social work and introduces also the different working groups in the Czech Republic, dedicated to this sector. This work defines target groups, specifies social work with children and youth, especially shows examples of good practice directly field social services of the low-threshold centre for children and young people at the age of 12-20 in Bystrice nad Pernstejnem. Next it focuses on the skills of field social worker, the requirements for his education and his competitions. It deals with the influence of local environment, and documentation of field social work. The next section presents briefly drop facility for children and youth especially in Bystrice nad Pernstejnem, devoted to the history and structure of this center. In the chapter of the main subject of the field social work is introduction of function guideline how to implement monitoring, search, build and maintain contact with the target group. The last chapter is devoted to the topic of importance of the social field work for clients because of the reasons of the first contact with social services in their lives and qualitative research presents the results of the contribution of social work by low-threshold centre for children and youth in Bystrice nad Pernstejnem. This chapter draws the attention to risk social field work and makes suggestions for good practice which may be helping material for a number of outreach programs, which are at the beginning. The author presents a fairly broad overview of the process of working with children and youth in the context of the Act on Social Services nr. 108/2006 Coll. The thesis can be consulted with a number of theoretical knowledge but also practical experience that is supported by a number of specific examples.
