Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dramatu Kočka na rozpálené plechové střeše od Tennessee Williamse s filmovou adaptací. Věnuje se základním tezím teorie divadla. Zpracovává problematiku jednání v této hře. V díle Kočka na rozpálené plechové střeše zkoumá rozdíly mezi původní předlohou, divadelní inscenací a filmovou adaptací.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to compare Tennessee Williams's widely successful play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with its movie adaptation. The thesis works with the general principles of drama theory and focuses on the issue of the acts occuring in this work. The considerable attention is paid to the differences between the original work, the theatrical production and film adaptation.
