Bakalářská práce se věnuje webové aplikaci CEBASS. Účelem aplikace je zobrazovat výsledky bezpečnostní inspekce na komunikační síti TEN-T a sledovat vývoj úprav identifikovaných rizik na komunikacích. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je ukázat, jak funkcionalita aplikace napomáhá správcům komunikací v procesu odstraňování rizik na komunikacích. This bachelor thesis devotes itself to a web application called CEBASS. The purpose of this application is to display results of the safety inspection on the TEN-T road network and to track adjustments on identified hazards on roads.
