Diplomová práce pojednává o systémových onemocněních, které mají významný vliv na zrakové funkce. Kapitoly jsou rozděleny dle orgánových soustav a zaměřují se na oční projevy. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat problematiku interních a oftalmologických onemocnění a zjistit vzájemný vztah mezi nimi. The diploma thesis deals with systemic diseases that have a significant effect on visual functions. The chapters are divided according to organ systems and focus on ocular manifestations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the problems of internal and ophthalmic diseases and to find out the mutual relationship between them.
