Témou tejto práce je definovanie vybraných problémov personálneho riadenia v hoteloch a reštauráciách. Práca sa člení na tri kapitoly, pričom obsahom prvej je teoretické vymedzenie ubytovacích a stravovacích zariadení, následne personálnemu manažmentu ako takému, typológií podnikov a vybraným problémom v rámci tímov.
