Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů pandemie Covid-19 na rozpočty územních samospráv pomocí vybrané soustavy ukazatelů. Práce vymezuje strukturu územních samospráv v ČR, strukturu příjmů a výdajů a rozpočtovou odpovědnost obcí a krajů. This thesis is concentrated on the analysis of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the budgets of local governments using a selected system of indicators.
