Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prevenci podvodů a korupce na firemní úrovni. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojmy “korupce a podvody“ a nastínit možnosti pro jejich prevenci. V teoretické části se čtenář seznámí s tím, proč jsou korupce a podvody celosvětovým problémem a jaké mají dopady. Následně budou představeny metody postupu při prevenci podvodů a korupce společně s možnými konkrétními nástroji, které lze využít k jejich prevenci a odhalení. V praktické části bude provedena sonda do několika firem na českém trhu ve formě dotazníku s cílem analyzovat jejich opatření proti korupci a podvodům.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of fraud and corruption at the corporate level. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the concepts of corruption and fraud and to outline the possibilities for their prevention. In the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to why corruption and fraud are a global problem and what their effects are. Methods of action to prevent fraud and corruption will then be presented, together with possible concrete tools that can be used to prevent and detect them. In the practical part, a survey of several companies on the Czech market in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted in order to analyse their measures against corruption and fraud.
