Project Dealing with the Extension in a the Selected of Services in a Private Pediatric Clinic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl vytvořit projekt pro účely rozšíření služeb vybrané soukromé dětské ordinace. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje nejen východiska systému zdravotnické péče v ČR, ale i východiska veřejných služeb a obecného marketingu, přičemž zohledňuje služby ve zdravotnictví a specifika marketingu. Teoretická část vychází ze studia odborné literatury, která je zaměřena na problematiku již zmíněných služeb a marketingu ve zdravotnictví. Důležitou součástí teoretické části je i teorie analytických metod. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě poloviny. V první její části je provedena analýza současné situace vybrané soukromé dětské ordinace, a to pomocí PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy. Druhá polovina praktické části obsahuje samotný projekt, jenž je navržen na základě podrobné analýzy současného stavu vybrané soukromé dětské ordinace, a to především jejich slabých stránek. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován nákladové, příjmové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to create a project for the purpose of expanding the services of a selected private children's surgery. This thesis divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the starting points of the health care system in the Czech Republic but also describes starting points for public services and general marketing whereas takes into account health services and the specifics of marketing. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature, which is focused on the issues of the already mentioned services and marketing in health care. An important part of the theoretical part is the theory of analytical methods. The practical part is divided into two halves. In the first halve is is performed an analysis of the current situation of a selected private children's surgery, using PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competing forces and SWOT analysis. The second halve of practical part is includes the project which is designed on the basis of a detailed analysis of the current state of a selected private children's surgery, especially its weaknesses. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is devoted to cost, income and risk analysis.
