Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření v Domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v Ústí nad Labem. Teoretická část vysvětluje, co je to syndrom vyhoření, kdo je nejvíce ohrožen jeho vznikem, jaké jsou jeho fáze, příznaky, možnosti pomoc a prevence. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with burnout syndrome in the Homes for people with disabilities in Ústi nad Labem. The theoretical part explains what is burnout syndrome, who is the most at risk of a burnout, what are the stages, symptoms, prevention and support options.
