Mediation of commercial and labour disputes
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o mediaci, právním základu mediace a o zhodnocení kompletnosti právní úpravy. V první části se práce zaměřuje na osobu mediátora, mediační zkoušku a proces mediace. V části druhé se zaměřuje na užití mediace v obchodních sporech. Těžištěm třetí části jsou pracovněprávní spory a jejich řešení za pomoci mediace.
Abstract:
This paper addresses the mediation, legal basis of mediation and evaluation of the completeness of the legislation. In the fisrt part, it focuses on the issue of mediatior, mediation exam and process of the mediation. In the second part, it focuses on its use in commerical disputes. The third part focuses on labour disputes and their solution using mediation.
