Abstract:
Ve své absolventské práci jsem se zamyslel nad úrovní péče o klienty v domovech pro seniory a nad způsobem jejich financování. Rád bych vyzdvihnul práci personálu – zejména pečovatelek, zdravotních sester, ale i personálu nepřímé péče včele s panem ředitelem, bez kterých by nebyl zajištěn chod domova. In my thesis I thought about the level of care for clients in the retirement homes and of the way of their financing.
