Financial Companies of consulting service, their operation, portfolio of services and confrontation between the biggest of them, with the way for the selected and concrete company.

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je sestavena z pěti kapitol. První tři obsahují teoretickou přípravu čtenáře pro pozdější praktickou část. Teorie finančně poradenských společností se zabývá především vývojem trhu této služby, následně však i obecným pojednáním o samotných finančně poradenských společnostech a systémem práce finančního poradce. Snaží se teoreticky vysvětlit úlohu těchto institucí na finančním trhu. Další částí je poté konstatování situace na finančním trhu z hlediska vývoje jednotlivých finančních produktů a některých ukazatelů. Čtvrtá část práce je věnována především konkrétnímu pojednání vybrané finančně poradenské společnosti, podrobnějším informacím o jí samotné, systém její práce konkrétně a případové studii konkrétního subjektu, v reálném případu. V této části je čtenáři názorně vysvětlen princip spolupráce finančně poradenské společnosti s klientem prostřednictvím finančního poradce. Na tyto části volně navazuje poslední pátá část, která je věnována praktickému průzkumu trhu za účelem opodstatnění finančně poradenských společností. Cílem je bakalářské práce je představit finančně poradenské společnosti, princip jejich fungování, představit nabízené služby a především dokázat jejich přínos pro veřejnost a opodstatnění na českém finančním trhu.

Abstract:

This submitted work is completed with five chapters. First three of them includes the theoretical preparative of the reader for the practical part. The theory of financial consultiancy firms handle first of all the progress in market of this service, consequently handle also a generally discourse about financial consultancy firms and about work of financial adviser. It is trying to clear up the importance of these institutions at financial market. The other part of this work claims the situation at financial market in light of progress particular financial products and some indicators. Fourth part of this work is especially devoted to concrete elaboration of chosen financial consultancy firm, to more detailed informations about that firm, the system of its work concretely and concrete subjekt in the real case. In that part is for the reader interpreted the principal of interworking between financial consultancy firms and client by the medium of financial adviser. On these parts concures the last fifth part which is devoted to practical survey of the market in order to foundation fcf. The object of this work is to present financial consultancy firm, principal of their working, to present services which are offering and above all to prove their benefit for the public and foundation in the czech financial marketplace.
