Reform of the pension system in the Slovakia

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce Reforma důchodového systému v SR je analýza novoimplementovaného modelu dôchodkového systému na Slovensku. Po teoretickom úvode do problematiky nasleduje v druhej časti charakteristika predreformného dôchodkového systému, identifikácia jeho problémov a analýza hlavných zmien uskutočnených dôchodkovou reformou v rokoch 2003 2005. Tretia čast se zameriava na vlastné zhodnotenie reformy, jej kladov ale predovšetkým problémov, rizík a nutných zmien.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis Reform of the pension system in the Slovakia is analysis of the new implemented model of the pension system in the Slovakia. After the theoretical introduction into problems follows characteristic of the pre-reformatory pension system in the second part, identification of its problems and analysis of the main changes performed by the pension reform in 2003 2005. The third part is focused on personal evaluation of the reform, its positives but especially its problems, risks and necessary changes.
