Optimalization of evaluation of mechanical properties and behavior of systems thin layer - Glass

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhledat a optimalizovat vhodné podmínky pro měření, aby bylo možné studovat mechanické vlastnosti a chování systémů tenká vrstva ? substrát i na obtížně měřitelných systémech, jako jsou např. vrstvy vytvářené na skle, vrstvy malé odolnosti, vrstvy velmi malé tloušťky a charakteru průhledného a bezbarvého. Tyto speciální materiálové systémy budou hodnoceny optimalizovanými analytickými metodami. Optimalizace hodnocení velmi rozdílných systémů s velice rozdílnou odolností a vytvořenými rozdílnými depozičními procesy bude realizována zjemněním parametrů zkoušek. Jedná se zejména o zkoušky vrypovou indentací, nanoindentací, kalotestem a rtg fluorescencí, které ve standardní podobě nedávaly uspokojivé výsledky

Abstract:

The goal of bachelor thesis was search and optimize oppropriate conditions for measure in order to study of mechanical properties and behavior of systems thin layer - substrate on the difficulty measurable systems, such as layers created on the glass, a layers of small resistance, a very small layers thickness and character of a transparent and colorless. These special material systems will be evaluated optimized analytical methods. Optimizing of evaluation very different systems with very different resistance and created different deposition processes will be implemented through refinement of parameters tests. We are talking about scratch test indentation, nanoindentation test, X-ray fluorescence and calotest, which in standard form did not give satisfactory results.
