The influence of corporate culture on efficiency of a company

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza podnikové kultury a jejího vlivu na efektivnost vybrané organizace. V první části práce jsou rozebrány teoretické základy, na kterých staví praktická část práce. V rámci praktické části jsou zkoumány organizační hodnoty a normy u vybrané společnosti a jejich zdroje. V další fázi práce je analyzován typ stávající organizační kultury a na základě modelů vymezených v teoretické části práce je analyzován vliv této kultury na efektivnost organizace. Závěry o organizační kultuře jsou formulovány na základě výše uvedeného.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to analyse a corporate culture and its influence on efficiency of a selected organization. In the first part of the thesis theoretical foundations are discussed which the practical part of the thesis is based on. In practical part corporate values and norms are analyzed and their sources are seeked. The next part of the thesis analyses the current type of corporate culture and based on the models described in the theoretical part the influence of this culture on effieciency of a company is analysed. Conclusion about the corporate culture are made based on the above mentioned.
