Law Aspects Regarding Removing Buildings
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce definuje a popisuje institut odstraňování staveb, tak jak je uveden ve stavebním zákoně. První část této práce je věnována základním pojmům, základním zásadám a účastníkům řízení. V další části jsou pak popsány způsoby odstraňování staveb a popsán celý proces od zahájení řízení až po vydání rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
This thesis define and describe institute of construction disposal as it is presented in the Building act. First part of this thesis attends to basic concepts, basic principels and participants in the proceeding. In the next part are described methods of construction disposal and described the whole demolition process since opening the case up to the adjudication.
