Bakalářská práce pojednává o aktuálních problémech regulace pojistného trhu. Úvodní část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku finančního trhu a jeho členění a na charakterisitku pojistného trhu, jeho analýze pomocí základních ukazatelů úrovně pojistného trhu a jeho charakteristiku pomocí těchto ukazatelů.
