Abstract:

Téma absolventské práce je „Systém vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě a jeho využití“ a je zpracována teoreticko-praktickou metodou. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě a metodám, kterými může firma své zaměstnance vzdělávat. Druhá část je praktická a popisuje vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě XY.

Abstract:

The topic of the graduation thesis is “The system of education of employees in the company and its application“ and is processed by means of theoretical and practical method. The theoretical part deals with characteristics of employees’ education in the company and methods which educate employees in the company. The second part focuses on practical application of theoretical knowledge and is presented as a description of the education system in the company XY.
