Mimo to se věnuje také historii právních úprav Ústavního soudu na našem území a poukazuje na způsoby jmenování v jiných zemích. The aim of this thesis is to deal with the process of appointing the judges of Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. Thesis deals also the history of legal regulation of the Constitutional Court and ways of appointing the constitutional judges in other countries.
