Investigation of criminal offenses in connection with spectator violence

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá v širších souvislostech otázkou diváckého násilí. V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce popisuji historii a vývoj subkultury Hooligans, kteří účinkují na anglické fotbalové scéně. Dále se věnuji politickým směrům, které chuligánské skupiny ovlivňují, jako je pravicový a levicový extremismus a s tím spojené ideologie. Dále směřuji k definici agresivního a násilného chování, které vykazují chuligánské skupiny na fotbalových stadionech i mimo ně. V návaznosti na to jsem vybrala několik trestných činů, které se spojují s diváckým násilím jak u nás v České republice, tak ve Velké Británii. Vybrala jsem několik pojmů, které souvisejí se subkulturou Hooligans a popsala je. Cílem mé práce je analýza agresivního chování fotbalových chuligánů, které je ovlivňováno mnoha faktory. Jak po stránce psychické, tak sociální. Výsledkem je zjištění, že Velká Británie si s otázkou fotbalového chuligánství poradila výborně. Česká republika má jisté mezery v legislativě ohledně fotbalového chuligánství a bylo by dobré na tom do budoucna zapracovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals in a broader context with the issue of spectator violence. In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis I describe the history and development of the subculture of hooligans who perform on the English football scene. I also deal with political trends that influence hooligan groups, such as right-wing and left-wing extremism and related ideologies. I also aim for definitions of aggressive and violent behavior that hooligan groups exhibit inside and outside football stadiums. Following this, I selected several crimes that are associated with spectator violence both in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom. I have selected several terms related to the hooligans subculture and described them. The aim of my work is to analyze the aggressive behavior of football hooligans, which is influenced by many factors. Both mentally and socially. As a result, the United Kingdom has dealt well with the issue of football hooliganism. The Czech Republic has some gaps in its legislation on football hooliganism and it would be good to work on it in the future.
