Třídní klima je tématem v oblasti pedagogiky a sociální psychologie. Jeho přesná definice či výčet prvků jsou stále ještě předmětem diskusí. Tato práce se zabývá vymezením třídního klimatu, jeho prvky, determinantami, aktéry, možnou klasifikací a vybranými způsoby jeho výzkumu.
