Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou úverov zabezpečených záložným právom na nehnuteľný majetok. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská bankového sektora, banky a jej obchodov, klasifikáciu úverov, predovšetkým úverov zabezpečených záložným právom na nehnuteľnosť a hypotekárnych úverov podľa zámeru využitia.
