Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zpracovává podnikatelský plán zubní ordinace ve městě Odry v MSK kraji a aplikuje teorii podnikatelského plánu a legislativních požadavků, které musí být při založení nové zubní ordinace dodrženy. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se z finančního hlediska vyplatí tuto ordinaci otevřít či nikoliv. Práce analyzuje stav zubního lékařství a konkurence v MSK kraji, je vytvořena marketingová strategie v podobě marketingového mixu 4P a zmíněny základní rizika. Nejdůležitější kapitola finanční plán odhaduje finanční situaci společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis creates the business plan of a dental practice in town Odry in the Moravian-Silesian Region and applies the theory of the business plan and legislative requirements that must be followed when establishing a new dental practice. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether it is recommended and worthwhile to open this practice from a financial point of view or not. The thesis analyses situation of dentistry and competition in the Moravian-Silesian Region, a marketing strategy in the form of 4P marketing mix is created and basic risks are mentioned. The most important chapter (financial plan) estimates the financial situation of a company.
