The thesis deals with various forms of cooperation between Member States, and in particular, attention is given to the mechanism of Enhanced cooperation and international treaties. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá rôznymi formami spolupráce medzi členskými štátmi, pričom pozornosť je venovaná predovšetkým inštitútu posilnenej spolupráce a medzinárodným zmluvám. Budem sa venovať právnej úprave posilnenej spolupráce v Lisabonskej zmluve a následne predstavím konkrétne príklady povolenej spolupráce.
