Tato bakalářská práce mapuje současnou personální situaci v jedné z oblastí státní správy a tou je Vězeňská služba České republiky. This bachelor thesis describes current personal situation in one of the fields of public administration – The Prison Service of the Czech Republic. It focuses on an urgent problem of nowadays – the lack of quality employees in the prison field.
