The motivation for the profession of teaching assistant.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace k výkonu profese asistenta pedagoga. Zkoumá motivy při volbě této profese, pracovní spokojenost asistentů pedagoga, motivační i demotivační faktory, které ovlivňují práci asistenta pedagoga a způsoby zvládání zátěžových a stresujících situací. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku profese asistenta pedagoga, vymezuje pojmy motivace a motiv, zabývá se teoriemi pracovní motivace a zvládáním zátěže, která je spojena s výkonem pedagogických profesí. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou rozhovorů s asistenty pedagoga, jehož výsledky podrobně interpretujeme a analyzujeme.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the motivation to work as an assistant teacher. Examines motives in choosing this profession, job satisfaction teaching assistants, motivating and demotivating factors that affect the work of a teacher's assistant and ways of coping with stress and stressful situations. Theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the teaching assistant, defines the concepts of motivation and motive addresses theories of motivation and coping strategies, which is associated with the exercise of educational professions. In the practical part is a qualitative research through interviews with teaching assistants, which results in detail interpret and analyze.
