Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřením na téma, zvyšování tržeb formou fotografické prezentace v jídelním lístku. V teoretické části je definován způsob sběru dat, podpora prodeje a metody zvyšování podpory prodeje. Dále je popsán princip fotografování a práce foodstylisty. This bachelor thesis focuses on increasing revenues by including photography presentation on the menu. The theoretical part includes the method of data collection, sales support, and methods of increasing sales support.
