Primary school professionals' experiences in children with behavioural disorders

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o osobních zkušenostech odborných pracovníků základních škol, které získali při práci s dětmi s poruchami chování. V teoretické části je definovaný vývoj dítěte školního věku, poruchy chování, jejich vývoj a dopady, které mají na děti školního věku. Následně jsou zde uvedená specifika edukace dětí s poruchami chování ve vztahu ke konceptu kvality života, konceptu resilience a rané intervence. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky pracovníků školního poradenského pracoviště. V praktické části jsou uvedené výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který rozebírá pozitivní zkušenosti i bariéry při práci s dětmi s poruchami chování. Dále jsou zde uvedeny zkušenosti ze spolupráce s odbornými institucemi, rodiči i kolegy ve škole. V závěru jsou uvedeny možnosti využití výsledků výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with personal experiences of elementary school specialists which they gained when working with children with behavioral disorders. The theoretical part defines the development of a school-age child, behavioral disorders, their development and the impacts they have on school-age children. Subsequently, there are the specifics of education of children with behavioral disorders in relation to the concept of quality of life, the concept of resilience and early intervention. At the end of the theoretical part, the characteristics of the school counseling center staff are listed. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research which analyzes positive experiences and barriers in working with children with behavioral disorders. There are also experiences from cooperation with professional institutions, parents and colleagues in the school. In the conclusion there are mentioned possibilities of using research results.
