Self-defense for the medical staff of the Medical Emergency Services - Evaluation Study

Abstract:

V Rigorózní práci „Sebeobrana pro zdravotnický personál Zdravotnické záchranné služby – evaluační studie“, naleznete aktuální pohled a řešení problematiky sebeobrany pro zdravotnický personál. Popisuje získané informace ohledně napadení zdravotnického personálu, tedy okolnosti útoku, útoky a samotné útočníky. Dále zde zmiňujeme vztah sebeobrany a zdravotnického personálu, možnosti vzdělávání, současný stav zdravotnického personálu a právní aspekty v sebeobraně. Dále tato práce obsahuje zařazení sebeobrany do činnosti Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Zmiňuje základní faktory střetnutí a poukazuje na hrozby, které se mohou objevovat při výkonu profese. Využívá vědecké poznatky v oblasti sebeobrany jako například cyklus konfliktu (Wagner, 2006), a Cooperovou škálu připravenosti (Cooper, 1989). Následně práce popisuje strategicko-taktické zásady, které napomáhají vzniku systémového přístupu Zdravotnické záchranné služby v případě napadení. Jednotlivé přístupy jsou popsány a zdůrazněny jejich zaměření a cíle. Poslední část práce pojednává o strukturách řešení agresivity ve zdravotnictví, kde popisuje námi zvolené kroky a postupy, které pomohly k objasnění specifik této problematiky. Provádí deskripci realizovaného přístupu a zdůrazňuje získané poznatky.

Abstract:

In this rigorous work "Self-defence for the medical staff of the Medical Emergency Services - Evalutaion Study", you can find the current view and the solution to issue of self-defence for the medical staff. The work describes the information about the attack of a medical personnel, i.e. circumstances of the attack, attacks and aggressors themselves. Furthemore, we also mention the relation of self-defence and medical personnel, training opportunities, the current state of medical personnel and the legal aspects of self-defence. This work also contains the inclusion of sefl-defence in the operation of Emergency Medical Services. We mention the basic factors of collision and point out to threats which can occur during the performance of this proffesion. The work applies scientific knokwledge in the sphere of self-defence, such as a Conflict cycle (Wagner, 2006) and - doporučuju se podívat na google na přesný název toho díla v originále (Cooper, 1989). Subsequently, the work describes the strategic and tactical principles that help to form of an attitude of Emergency Medical Services in case of the attack. The individual attitudes are described and thier focuses and objectives are also emphasized here. The last part of this work deals with the solution of aggression structures in healt care, it describes solutions which help to clarify the specification of this issue.
