S nabytím účinnosti právních předpisů rekodifikace soukromého práva vznikla většině právnických osob občanského práva povinnost přizpůsobit zakladatelské dokumenty a zápisy ve veřejném rejstříku nové právní úpravě. When laws of the recodification of Czech civil law came into the force, the most of existing legal entities had to adjust their constituent documents and records in the public register.
