Využití umělé inteligence a Průmyslu 4.0 v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je rešerše na téma využití umělé inteligence a průmyslu 4.0 v automobilovém průmyslu. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s automobilovým průmyslem. Kdy vznikl první automobil, Jaké se využívají druhy motor nebo jaké typ automobilů dle karoserií se vyrábí. Dále navazuje téma průmyslu 4.0. Zde jsou uvedeny všechny průmyslové revoluce a lehce popsány. Následně je popsán průmysl 4.0, jaké využívá nástroje a jejich využití v dnešní době. Navazuje téma umělé inteligence. Co to je umělá inteligence, jak funguje, kde se využívá kromě automobilového průmyslu. Spojení těchto tří kapitol je v kapitole využití průmyslu 4.0 a umělé inteligence v automobilovém průmyslu. Zde jsou obecně sepsány možná využití průmyslu 4.0 a umělé inteligence v automobilové průmyslu a podrobněji popsány. S těmito novodobými technologiemi přichází spousta ulehčujících a pomocných využití, ale také poměrně velké riziko hrozeb s tím spojeno. Tyto využití a hrozby pro automobilový průmysl jsou sepsány v následující kapitole. V praktické části jsou vytvořeny rešerše na téma využití umělé inteligence a průmyslu 4.0 ve třech vybraných automobilových společnostech. První společnost je Škoda Auto a.s., jakož to zástupce tuzemské společnosti. Druhou automobilovou společností je společnost Tesla Inc., jakož to zástupce automobilové společnosti z USA a neznámější společnost využívající elektromotory a umělou inteligenci ve svých vozech a továrnách. Třetí společnost je MG Motor. Méně známá automobilová společnost, která dříve působila na Anglickém trhu. Dnes působí pod společností SAIC v Číně a pomalu se rozšiřuje zpět do Evropy. Tato společnost byla vybrána díky unikátní propojenosti automobilu a chytrého zařízení a používáním ve vozech umělé inteligence, která napodobuje lidské nálady a má lidský hlas. Z těchto rešerší jsou následně vytvořeny SWOT analýzy na využívání umělé inteligence a průmyslu 4.0 v jednotlivých společnostech. V poslední části jsou na základě předešlé analýzy vytvořeny návrh pro jednotlivé firmy na využívání umělé inteligence a průmyslu 4.0 v budoucnu. Na co by se měly firmy zaměřit, kde by mohli získat konkurenční výhodu na trhu a na co by se měli zaměřit, aby nezaostávali za konkurencí.

Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is to research the use of artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 in the automotive industry. In the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to the automotive industry. When was the first automobile created, what types of engine are used or what type of cars according to the bodies are produced. The topic of Industry 4.0 is then followed. Here all industrial revolutions are listed and lightly described. Then industry 4.0 is described, what tools it uses and their use today. The topic of artificial intelligence follows. What is artificial intelligence, how does it work, where is it used apart from the automotive industry. These three chapters come together in the chapter on the use of Industry 4.0 and AI in the automotive industry. Here, the possible uses of Industry 4.0 and AI in the automotive industry are generally written up and described in more detail. With these new technologies come many facilitating and ancillary uses, but also a rather large risk of threats associated with it. These uses and threats to the automotive industry are written up in the following chapter. In the practical part, research on the use of artificial intelligence and industry 4.0 in three selected automotive companies is conducted. The first company is Škoda Auto a.s., as a representative of a domestic company. The second automotive company is Tesla Inc. as a representative of a US automotive company and a more unknown company using electric motors and artificial intelligence in its cars and factories. The third company is MG Motor. A lesser known car company that previously operated in the UK market. Today it operates under SAIC in China and is slowly expanding back into Europe. This company was chosen because of the unique interconnectedness of the car and the smart device and the use of artificial intelligence in the cars, which mimics human moods and has a human voice. From this research, SWOT analyses are then created on the use of AI and Industry 4.0 in each company. In the last part, based on the previous analysis, suggestions are made for individual companies to use AI and Industry 4.0 in the future. What should companies focus on, where they could gain a competitive advantage in the market and what they should focus on to avoid falling behind the competition.
