Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na projevy mobbingu ve zdravotnictví, konkrétně na úroveň mobbingu a bossingu u nelékařského personálu. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na násilí, formy násilí, charakteristické rysy bossingu a mobbingu, možnou obranu a prevenci. This Bachelor thesis is focusing on manifestation of mobbing in health care namely on level of mobbing and bossing of non-medical personnel. In theoretical part I focused on violence, forms of violence, characteristics of bossing and mobbing and possible protection and prevention.
