Efficient project management of production transfer in the automotive industry thanks to adherence to the lean philosophy

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá v automobilovém průmyslu velmi důležitým a denně řešeným tématem, čímž je transfer nástrojů neboli přesun výroby jednotlivých artiklů. Zamýšlí se nad samotným pojmem transfer nástrojů, jeho významem a pochopením, proč je důležitý, co je jeho smyslem. Pojmenována jsou i rizika, která s sebou nese. Snahou je nalézt takový postup projektového řízení tohoto procesu, který bude možné použít při kterémkoliv přesunu výroby a pomůže pojmenovaná rizika eliminovat, nejlépe jim plně předejít. Práce se opírá o filozofii a metody štíhlé výroby. Má čtenáři přinést pochopení a význam transferu nástrojů v automobilovém průmyslu, přinést návod, jak správně postupovat, na co nezapomenout, co předvídat a čemu se včas snažit předejít. V neposlední řadě má práce v pozadí neustále upozorňovat na důležitost řídit se myšlenkami lean managementu i nenásilně čtenáře přimět si tuto filozofii osvojit.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a very important and daily solved topic in the automotive industry, which is the transfer of tools or the transfer of the production of individual items. It reflects on the concept of tool transfer, its meaning and understanding why it is important, what is its meaning. The risks it entails are also named. The aim is to find a project management procedure for this process that can be used in any transfer of production and will help to eliminate the named risks, preferably to avoid them fully. The work is based on the philosophy and methods of lean production. It is intended to bring the reader an understanding and importance of tool transfer in the automotive industry, to provide guidance on how to proceed correctly, what not to forget, what to anticipate and what to prevent in time. Finally, the work in the background should constantly draw attention to the importance of following the ideas of lean management and non-violently getting the reader to adopt this philosophy.
