Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je dětská delikvence z pohledu práva a psychologie. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část prakticko-aplikační.Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky moderní vývojové psychologie a postoj právní úpravy k dětské delikvenci. Prakticko-aplikační část analyzuje vývoj delikvence v Moravskoslezském kraji za období 5 let a současnou právní úpravu s úvahou de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the subject of children delinquency from the point of view of law and psychology. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical-application part. The theoretical part sums up research findings of a modern developmental psychology and the stand point of legislation on child delinquency.
