Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na osobnostní kompetence a rozvoj manažera. Primární cíl práce spočívá ve vytvoření návrhů, které mohou vést ke zlepšení chování a vystupování manažera vůči svým podřízeným a jeho postojům k organizaci jako celku.
