Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce bylo zkoumání tenkých vrstev slitiny Sn1-xGexTe deponovaných na substrátu BaF2. Hlavním úkolem bylo určit dielektrickou funkci, kvantifikovat odezvu volných nositelů náboje a změřit tloušťku tenké vrstvy. Tyto hodnoty byly určeny z analýzy dat z infračervené, viditelné a ultrafialové oblasti spektra získaných z odrazivostních a elipsometrických dat. Na základě získaných …more
Abstract:
Subject of this bachelor thesis was research of thin films of alloys Sn1-xGexTe deposited on the BaF2 substrate. The main objective was to determine dielectric functions, quantifity the response of free carriers charge and the thickness thin films.
