Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sociálního podnikání v České republice. Sociální družstva se stala novým fenoménem zakotveným v zákoně o obchodních korporacích a družstvech v roce 2014. The thesis deals with the topic of social entrepreneurship in Czech Republic. Social cooperatives became a new phenomenon due to legal form grounded Business Corporation Act in 2014.
