Solution of conflict situations and circumstances of assaults in Municipal Police

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá řešení konfliktních situací u Městské policie ve Žďáře nad Sázavou s pomocí dotazníku SoCon. Teoretická část se zabývá úkoly, oprávněními, organizací a psychologií policejní činnosti. Dále zde je věnován prostor Městské policii ve Žďáře nad Sázavou, její historii, úkolům, výcviku a výkonu služby. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním a vyhodnocením dotazníkových dat. Zajímavé bylo zjištění, že mezi strážníky s krátkou praxí existuje podskupina (cca 20%), která se vnímá jako objekt fyzického útoku mnohem častěji než ostatní respondenti.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis examines ways of solution of conflict situations in The Municipal Police in the town of Žďár nad Sázavou. It uses the standard questionnaire SoCon. The theoretical part deals with the tasks, legal authorization, organization system and psychology of police operation. Furthermore, there is a space dedicated to The Municipal Police of Žďár nad Sázavou - its history, goals, training and operation. The practical part deals with the processing and evaluation of data from the questionnaire. One of interesting results relates to frequency of physical aggression. About 20% of policemen with a shorter practice percieved themselves significantly more often under attack than other respondents.
