Bakalářská práce je napsána na téma "Aplikace biologické léčby a její dopad na běžný život pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a průzkumnou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis Crohnovy nemoci a biologickou léčbu, zejména na indikace, kontraindikace a užití biologické léčby.
