Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou outsourcingu a možnostmi jeho uplatnění v resortu Ministerstva obrany. Outsourcing je považován za ekonomicky výhodný směr, jak pro firmy, které ho využívají, tak pro poskytovatele služeb. V práci je definován outsourcing, jeho historie, druhy a možnosti využití v různých oblastech činnosti podniku. Dále jsou v práci charakterizované výhody a nevýhody outsourcingu, včetně rizik, které vznikají při špatně zvolených metodách, zpracování či interpretaci podkladových materiálů (ekonomických, finančních, personálních apod.). Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku outsourcingu podpůrných procesů, konkrétně problematiku úklidových činností. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky při outsourcingu daného procesu od identifikace a posouzení činnosti vhodné pro outsourcing až po návrh a vypracování podrobného rozsahu činností, které budou sloužit jako podklady pro vypracování smluvních vztahů mezi poskytovatelem a objednatelem outsourcingu dané činnosti.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis discusses the problem of outsourcing and its possibilities of using it in the resort of Ministry of Defence. Outsourcing is economically suitable method both for companies and service providers. In this work it is described the sense of outsourcing, its history, its sorts and possibilities of using it in many spheres of every company. It is also mentioned advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing including the risks which can occur when selected methods of using it and wrong working out or interpretation of instructional materials (e.g. economical, financial or personal etc.). This work focuses on the problem of supporting process of outsourcing such as the problem of cleaning services. In this work there are also described individual steps from the beginning of using outsourcing (which is identification and selecting the right operation suitable for outsourcing) up to suggestion and working out the detailed range of operations, which will serve as the instructions for co-operation between providers and customers of each outsourcing operation.
