Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci Campylobacter spp. u drůbeže na základě analýzy DNA. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku jednotlivých druhů Campylobacter spp., onemocnění způsobená tímto mikroorganismem a jejich výskyt. Abstract:
The dissertation focuses onto identification Campylobacter spp. in poultry based on DNA analysis. The theoretical section describes characteristics of each individual species Campylobacter spp., disease that these microorganisms cause and their occurrence.
