Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the „Probation Programs for Juveniles.“ To introduce the issue, I devoted the first part to the interpretation of basic concepts that are used in the diploma thesis. In short is mentioned Restorative and Retributive Justice that play an irreplaceable role in proceedings in criminal cases of juveniles.
