Abstract:

Nowadays the organizational communication in the company is a vital part of overall productivity, success and relationship between co-workers. To maintain the healthy relationships between colleagues, company owners and managers should establish a strong hierarchical structure with ethical background. Ethics aspects are crucial in communication not only inside companies but also outside them. The whole process of entrepreneurship is based on organizational communication. And communication could not exist without ethics. This diploma thesis is devoted to ethics and its place in the organizational behavior, to highlighting and understanding the key factors and their influence on the community.
