Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou institutu bankovní záruky v mezinárodním prostředí. Primárně je práce zaměřena na nestátní pravidla, především pravidla zvyklostního původu zachycená v dokumentech Mezinárodní obchodní komory. The thesis is concerned with the regulation of bank guarantees in the international environment. It focuses on transnational rules, mainly the rules of the customary origin encompassed in the documents of the International Chamber of Commerce.
