V této práci jsou zjisťovány rušivé faktory ve výuce cizích jazyků ve firemních kurzech na základě pozorování ve vybraných kurzech německého jazyka a zkoumány jejich důsledky na průběh výuky. K nim patří jak sociologické a psychologické příčiny, tak i interní požadavky dané firmy, které můžou být velmi individuální a které můžou působit jak kladně tak záporně na získání znalostí v cizím jazyce.
