Difficulties in pregnancy and their solutions

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obtíží v těhotenství a jejich řešení. V těhotenství se těhotná žena může setkat s řadou obtíží, některé jsou méně závažné, jiné mohou těhotenství natolik zkomplikovat, že je nutné je řešit za hospitalizace. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit, jaké nejčastější těhotenské obtíže ženy trápí v jednotlivých stádiích těhotenství, a pomocí jakých metod je odstraňují. K empirické části bakalářské práce bylo využito kvantitativního výzkumu. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi nejčastější těhotenské obtíže se řadí nauzea, zvracení a v pozdějších stádiích jsou to bolesti zad nebo třeba nespavost. Těhotné ženy tyto obtíže odstraňují hlavně pomocí kombinací metod farmakologických a nefarmakologických. Z nefarmakologických metod jim k odstranění nevolností pomáhají hlavně bylinné čaje a zázvor.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of difficulties in pregnancy and their solution. In pregnancy, a pregnant woman may encounter a number of difficulties, some are less serious, others can complicate the pregnancy so much that it is necessary to deal with them during hospitalization. The aim of the empirical part of the thesis was to find out what the most common pregnancy problems women suffer from in individual stages of pregnancy, and by what methods they eliminate them. Quantitative research was used for the empirical part of the bachelor thesis. It was found that the most common pregnancy problems include nausea, vomiting and in the later stages it is back pain or insomnia. Pregnant women eliminate these difficulties mainly with the help of a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. Of the non-pharmacological methods, herbal teas and ginger mainly help them to eliminate nausea.
