Research of customer satisfaction in M3000 a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na bližší vysvětlení měření spokojenosti z obecného hlediska a v sektoru automotive, a to pomocí rešerše literatury, zahraničních i českých odborných článků. Dále je přiblížena zákaznická spokojenost a pojem zákazník. Je popsán zákazník v sektoru automotive, dále jeho potřeby, komunikace a kritéria jeho spokojenosti. Teoretická část je zakončena krátkým popisem marketingového výzkumu, jeho fází a metod. Blíže je v teoretické části také popsán dotazník. Cílem praktické části je pomocí marketingového výzkumu zjistit spokojenost zákazníků ve společnosti M3000 a.s. V úvodu praktické části je uveden stručný popis společnosti. K účelu výzkumu je využita kvantitativní metoda dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 111 respondentů, kteří byli oslovováni přímo v areálu společnosti. V závěru práce je výzkum shrnut a jsou zmíněna doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is customer satisfaction research in a selected company. The first, theoretical part is focused on a closer explanation of customer satisfaction measurement in general and in the automotive sector, based on information researched from Czech and foreign literature and past researches. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and the term customer are explained. Customer in the automotive sector is described more closely and his needs, communication and the criteria of satisfaction are defined. The theoretical part ends with a brief description of marketing research, his phases and methods. More details are given in the description of a questionnaire. The objective of the second part of the thesis is to determine customer satisfaction in the company M3000 a.s. through marketing research. The company is shortly described. The research was carried out by a quantitative method of a questionnaire survey. In total, 111 respondents were addressed and asked to fill out the questionnaire on the company grounds. The thesis is finished with a summary of the research and a few recommendations for the company are mentioned.
