Motivation of workers at different levels of the organizational structure

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním významnosti motivačních faktorů u pracovníků na různých úrovních organizační struktury konkrétní organizace. Výzkumná strategie vychází z kvantitativních výzkumných metod, jako techniky sběru dat byly použity standardizované dotazníky a analýza interních formálních dokumentů organizace. Autor nejprve pomocí analýzy interních dokumentů organizace popsal její organizační strukturu, na jejímž základě rozdělil pro účely výzkumu pracovníky do třech skupin podle pozice na hierarchické struktuře organizace. Poté pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků zjišťoval významnost, jakou pracovníci připisují jednotlivým motivačním faktorům. Výsledky dotazování byly zobecněny pro jednotlivé skupiny pracovníků a poté porovnány preference jednotlivých skupin. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou připojena doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a comparison of the motivational factors of significance for workers at different levels of the organizational structure of the particular organization. Research strategy is based on quantitative research methods, such as data collection techniques were used standardized questionnaires and analysis of internal documents of formal organization. Author begins through analysis of internal documents of the organization described the organizational structure on which the split for the purpose of research staff into three groups according to position in the hierarchical structure of the organization. Then, using standardized questionnaires ascertained the significance of what workers attach to each motivational factors. The results of the interview be generalized to different groups of workers, and then compared the preferences of each group. In conclusion, this work is a major research question answered and are attached recommendations for practice.
