The Self-Employed Persons in the Sickness Insurace
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje systém nemocenského pojištění osob samostatně výdělečně činných, definuje jeho subjekty a vymezuje vznik a zánik právního vztahu nemocenského pojištění osob samostatně výdělečně činných. Současně se zabývá otázkou pojistného na nemocenské pojištění, okruhem poskytovaných dávek a jejich výší.
Abstract:
This thesis describes a system of health insurance for the self-employed, defines the entities and defines the appearance and disappearance of the legal relationship of sickness insurance for the self-employed. At the same time addresses the issue of health insurance premiums, range of benefits and their amount.
