Diplomová práce se bude zabývat zákonnou úpravou pojištění osob, konkrétně životního pojištění. Budou vymezeny definice životního pojištění a základní pojmy, které s životním pojištěním neodlučitelně souvisejí. Následně bude věnována pozornost právům a povinnostem jednotlivých smluvních stran. Abstract:
This Diploma thesis will deal with the legal regulation of personal insurance, specifically life assurance. It will provide the definition of life assurance and the basic concepts that are inextricably linked to life assurance.
